Little Canada median home prices fell by 6.5% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Little Canada fell by $19,000 while total sales increased by 4.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,000 - a 6.5 percent decrease from the $293,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Little Canada in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
