Little Canada median home prices fell by 13.6% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Little Canada fell by $44,950 while total sales increased by 14.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 13.6 percent decrease from the $329,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Little Canada in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
