The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Sia Lo, Sia Lo for Congress, refunded $2,200 to Dean Murphy on August 20, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Sia Lo for Congress refunded $2,200 total since March 1.
