The tentative schedule for the 2023 Board of Appeal and Equalization/Open Book Meetings is available here. Washington County property owners of White Bear Lake can attend any of the four Regional Open Book Meetings held throughout the County. This year, meetings will be held in Cottage Grove, Oakdale, Woodbury and Stillwater.
During the month of February, the Assessor’s Office will again be developing the annual Assessment Report. The purpose of this report is to provide general information to the communities in Washington County regarding the appeals process and the 2023 assessment. The report will be made available on the Washington County Assessor web page under “Appraisal Reports” prior to April 1, 2023.
