Ramsey County Community & Economic Development is now accepting applications for Critical Corridors Grants. The county is offering assistance to projects that improve economic prosperity, connectivity, compact built form and create new opportunities for county residents and businesses.
Who can apply
Eligibility varies for each grant. Public, private and non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply for one of the following grant options:
- Pre-Development Planning.
- Development + Infrastructure.
- Commercial Corridor Initiative.
How to apply
The application period is open through Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
Award announcements are expected November 2022.
This program is funded by the Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Levy which has a preference for projects that align with the county's Economic Competitiveness & Inclusion Plan and Equitable Development Framework.
