Median home prices in Lauderdale rose to $258,500 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lauderdale rose by $31,200 while total sales increased by 53.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,500 - a 13.7 percent increase over the $227,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lauderdale in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
