First half of 2022: St. Anthony (Hennepin County) experienced a 4.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 65.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,450 - a 4.3 percent increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,563, approximately 1.3 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
