Rising home prices in St. Anthony (Hennepin County) in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $25,100 while total sales increased by 133.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a seven percent increase over the $359,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Anthony in May 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,563, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for May.
