Little Canada home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Little Canada fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Little Canada in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2018 was $2,730. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,374. This marks an increase of 15%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
