St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County fell by $38,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 18.1% decrease over the $214,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Anthony in August 2017.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for 2018 was $4,106. In 2017, the median sales tax was $4,015. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
