Falcon Heights home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Falcon Heights rose by $1,575 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,250 - a 0.5% increase over the $310,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Falcon Heights in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Falcon Heights for 2018 was $3,884. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,140. This marks an increase of 23.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
