The City of Saint Paul has prepared an EAW pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 for the proposed demolition of the Hamline Midway Library building to make space for a new library building. The site is approximately 0.33 acres at 1558 W Minnehaha Avenue in Saint Paul, MN. The proposed development includes a 10,454 square feet new library building.
The City is currently accepting public comments on this EAW through July 20, 2023 at 4 p.m. The EAW is on the city’s website at stpaul.gov/HamlineMidwayEAW and also available to review at City Hall.
