Dr. LaVonne Moore, a nurse, midwife and lactation consultant, will lead a discussion about the history of breastfeeding and current disparities that exist for Black /African American mothers.
Dr. Moore will also discuss different aspects of breastfeeding and how fathers play an important role in a successful breastfeeding journey.
