Learn about the many ways to save, store, and preserve seasonal fruits and vegetables so you can enjoy the best flavors and highest nutrition for as long as possible. This class introduces participants to best practices for storing fresh produce and the many different methods of food preservation.
This is an online class offered remotely using Zoom communication software. Register online or by calling 651-724-6001 (press #3). You must provide a valid email address to participate.
After registration, participants will receive an email from the library one or two days prior to class with additional instructions including a link (or URL) that will be used as an invitation to enter the online class.
