Little Canada median home prices rose by 25.5% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Little Canada rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 25.5 percent increase over the $115,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Little Canada in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 2.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
