Median home prices in Lauderdale rose to $223,750 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lauderdale rose by $48,800 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,750 - a 27.9% increase over the $174,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lauderdale in 2020.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
