The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in St. Anthony (Hennepin County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $125,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,500 - a 40.2% increase over the $312,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Anthony in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,563, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
