November 2021: Home prices in Little Canada increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Little Canada rose by $225,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,500 - a 123.9% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little Canada in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
