November 2021: Roseville experienced a 29.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Roseville rose by $77,500 while total sales increased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 29.8% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Roseville in November 2020.
