How did home prices perform in Little Canada during October 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Little Canada fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,500 - a 8% decrease over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little Canada in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
