Falcon Heights home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Falcon Heights rose by $40,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $356,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Falcon Heights in the first half of 2020.
