The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Arden Hills fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $392,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Arden Hills in the first half of 2020.
