The first half of 2021: Roseville experienced a 6.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Roseville rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Roseville in the first half of 2020.
