What happened to the median home price in Little Canada during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Little Canada rose by $128,100 while total sales increased by 48.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,000 - a 77.7% increase over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Little Canada in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
