The first half of 2021: Home prices in St. Anthony (Ramsey County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County fell by $63,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,500 - a 18.2% decrease over the $346,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,544, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
