Rising home prices in St. Anthony (Hennepin County) in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2020.
