Home prices increased in Little Canada during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Little Canada rose by $99,950 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,950 - a 43.5% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Little Canada in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
