The second quarter of 2021: New Brighton experienced a 5.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in New Brighton rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 59.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in New Brighton in the second quarter of 2020.
