Pricing for the median home in Roseville decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Roseville fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $311,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Roseville in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
