Lauderdale median home prices rose by 75.8% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lauderdale rose by $112,120 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 75.8% increase over the $147,880 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lauderdale in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
