June 2021: Home prices in Lauderdale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Lauderdale rose by $99,240 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 61.7% increase over the $160,760 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lauderdale in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
