April 2021: Roseville experienced a 2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Roseville fell by $6,400 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,300 - a 2% decrease over the $325,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Roseville in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
