March 2021: Home prices in Lauderdale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Lauderdale rose by $2,300 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,300 - a 1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lauderdale in March 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
