Vadnais Heights home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Vadnais Heights fell by $100,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 36.4% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Vadnais Heights in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Vadnais Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,338, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
