February 2021: Home prices in Vadnais Heights fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Vadnais Heights fell by $142,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 47.1% decrease over the $302,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Vadnais Heights in February 2020.
