Little Canada home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Little Canada rose by $12,600 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,100 - a 11.2% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Little Canada in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
