What happened to the median home price in Lauderdale during December 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Lauderdale fell by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,400 - a 29.7% decrease over the $294,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
