Falling home prices in Little Canada in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Little Canada fell by $46,572 while total sales decreased by 39.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,378 - a 16.8% decrease over the $277,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Little Canada in 2019.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for 2020.
