The second half of 2020: Home prices in St. Anthony (Hennepin County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in St. Anthony in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,563, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
