Falcon Heights median home prices rose by 10% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Falcon Heights rose by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 10% increase over the $327,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Falcon Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Falcon Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,226, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
