The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in St. Anthony (Hennepin County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Anthony in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,563, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
