City of Arden Hills issued the following announcement.
Lexington Station redevelopment project enters third and final phase
At its December 21, 2020 Work Session, Arden Hills City Council reviewed a concept plan for the third and final phase of the Lexington Station redevelopment project, located at
the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue North and Red Fox Road at 3787 Lexington Avenue. The first two phases are complete, which included demolition of previous buildings
on the site and construction of two new commercial buildings.
The proposed final phase of the project will involve a proposed 43,000 square foot commercial building on 4.24 acres. New access to the site from Lexington Avenue will
coordinate with Ramsey County’s reconstruction of the roadway due for completion in 2022. Next steps will involve a final review process by Arden Hills Planning Commission and City Council.
