Roseville home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Roseville rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 67.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 22% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Roseville in October 2019.
