City Of Arden Hills issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
Brausen Family Automotive broke ground on their redevelopment project on October 5, 2020. The existing service station and car wash will be removed to construct a new Holiday convenience store and associated 1600 square foot car wash. In addition, the existing repair garage will receive a 4,505 square foot addition. The project is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2021.
