Lauderdale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lauderdale fell by $9,100 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $184,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Lauderdale in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
