Ramsey County issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.
Mounds View Boulevard in Mounds View will be closed to traffic in both directions west of Spring Lake Road the weekend of Sept. 18-20 to replace a failing culvert.
Eastbound traffic will be closed beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18, and westbound traffic will close beginning at 6 p.m.
The road is expected to reopen by 11 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20.
A signed detour will be in place using Long Lake Road, County Road J and Highway 65. Residential access will be maintained.
