Roseville home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Roseville rose by $16,550 while total sales decreased by 38%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $263,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 216 homes sold in Roseville in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
