St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $155,550 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,500 - a 81.5% increase over the $190,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in St. Anthony in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,544, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
