Roseville home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Roseville rose by $63,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,250 - a 23.7% increase over the $269,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Roseville in April 2019.
