St. Anthony (Hennepin County) home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $95,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 28.8% increase over the $329,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Anthony in March 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Anthony for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,561, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
